Standard Delivery

At Botaneg, we aim to get your spirits to you within 1-3 working days. While we don't offer same-day delivery at the moment, you can request a specific delivery date for an extra charge by emailing hello@botaneg.com.

We also offer a free pick up option, whereby you are welcome to arrange collection of your order. To do this, please do let us know by contacting us.

Delivery Process

Every purchase is insured during transit until it reaches you. We require a signature upon delivery, at which point responsibility for the goods transfers to you. If you're sending a gift, a signature from the recipient (or anyone at the delivery address) will also serve as proof of delivery and transfer of responsibility.

Checking Your Parcel

We recommend inspecting your parcel before signing for it. If it's damaged, don't sign for it—return it to the courier. If you notice damage after signing, please contact us immediately, via email at hello@botaneg.com

Age Verification

To purchase our products, you must be of legal drinking age in your country of residence. Our delivery company will verify the recipient's age and may request ID if there is any doubt.

UK Delivery Only

We currently deliver only within the UK. While you can place an order from outside the UK with a UK billing address, the delivery must be to a UK address. Please note that we do not ship to Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey, the Orkney Islands, the Isle of Scilly, Ireland, the Highlands, the Isle of Wight, and the Isle of Man.
